Couple skill ideas for Sin / Para and Mesmer
Assassin-shadow arts
“You have been shanghaied! “
10 e 1 casting 30 recharge -1 upkeep
Enchantment Spell - the next target you hit with a melee attack ends this enchantment when this enchantment ends you and target foe are shadow step to the location where enchantment was cast. Removal of this enchantment causes you to shadow step to the casting location alone.
Paragon - leadership
“Gods as my witness!”
10 e 1 casting 45 recharge
Shout- for 30 seconds your attacks cause holy damage and all you shouts and chants are +1 attribute level
Mesmer – Inspiration
Meltdown
15 e 2 casting time 45 recharge
Hex spell For 10-20 seconds all nearby foes skills cost 10-30% more energy to cast.
Just a couple ideas
edit changed mesmer to hex spell

shadowstepping other foes is imba.
Don't know the about the para one.
Is the mesmer one a hex,would be quitte usseles with the long recharge and small range,otherwise its op.

You’re probably right it should be a hex It would need some indication to the foe that they are being siphoned. I will change to hex

I think the Paragon should be a little less "GOD-MODE INITIATED". Maybe add "This Shout ends if you use an attack skill" to balance it a bit? :s

Like the Sin one, Cast it next to base defender in AB and hit one of those annoying tankers and watch them get owned

Maybe it's just me, but I notice a serious trend with player-made skills...
They always have an insane recharge time, seriously, it is only in a very rare instance when I would use a skill with a recharge over 30 seconds, and even then, I would only use maybe 3 that have a recharge in the range of 20-30 seconds. If your skill is in that much danger of getting spammed, then it probably may be IMBA.

Yea, this is definitely true, this would be an amazing exploit for AB, moving other players against their will is pretty IMBA, imo

All I have to say is HELL NO.
this would encourage so many noobs in a TEAM game to 1v1 anyone of there choosing.
This is a horrible one imo.
